The Mixologist - Standard Edition
The mixing glass is the glass in which we mix the liquids that should not be shaken, before pouring them into the drinking glasses. It’s an essential tool to cool off a dry cocktail (meaning it is not diluted with water) that is better served straight up like the Manhattan, Negroni or Martini. These cocktails are usually served slightly warmer than the shaken cocktails.
To prepare a cocktail with a mixing glass, simply fill the 2/3 with ice, following with the cocktail ingredients, stirring vigorously with a bar spoon in a top to bottom motion for about 10 seconds or until de sides of the glass start to frost. Then pour the concoction in a drinking glass using the filter.
You will find in this curated box all the top-quality tools needed to create an array of cocktails that are sure to impress your guests on your next reception!
